Spiritual Direction can be confusing words, especially for those who have never heard of the term before. I prefer to use the term Spiritual Accompaniment. As a Spiritual Companion I travel with you at any point in your life journey, as we discern God’s movement and direction for your life.
Spiritual Direction or Accompaniment is a long standing practice that helps people to grow deeper in their walk with God. Here you find a quiet, confidential sacred space to explore and encounter the presence of the Holy Spirit. Through Spiritual Direction we are able to perceive the divine route of our life journey. The sessions provide a non judgemental, secure space without demand or expectation, to share the highs and lows of your journey; the doubts, fears, frustrations, burdens, joys, longings and callings. As you share your sacred story, I listen attentively and reflect back where God may be present and active in your life.

What is a Spiritual Direction?

– Spiritual Direction is journeying together towards God, discerning His leading and path along the way.
– Spiritual direction is when the spiritual companion does not direct, but discerns, being attentive to the Holy Spirit.
– Spiritual direction is spiritual journeying, sharing God encounters and stirrings while finding out what’s next.
– Spiritual direction is about being comfortable with the emptiness and void of silence until it becomes life, bringing forth insight and revelation.
– Spiritual Direction is a sacred space where a spiritual companion listens attentively to both the spirit and you. Then with reflections, questions and promptings, draws out the deep stirrings and invitations of the spirit.
– Spiritual Direction is a safe place where one can grow in deeper intimacy with God.
